CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. – the first publicly listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) focused on energy infrastructure – primarily owns midstream and downstream assets that perform utility-like functions, such as pipelines, storage terminals, and transmission and distribution assets.
